As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers across various departments to assess staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with departmental leaders to manage the complete recruitment cycle for managerial, professional, and technical roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring decisions.
2. Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making recommendations.
3. Establish and maintain strong communication channels with departments to gain insights into staffing needs and recruitment trends.
4. Serve as an ambassador for the organization’s talent acquisition efforts.
Essential Duties:
1. Provide guidance to a diverse client base and HR partners on compliance and human resources matters.
2. Deliver comprehensive HR services aligned with departmental and organizational policies.
3. Act as a resource for clients regarding HR activities related to specific functional areas.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational structure and HR practices.
5. Conduct research and assist clients in navigating complex HR issues.
6. Design and support work systems that promote employee success and engagement.
7. Collaborate with management in strategic planning and HR strategy development.
8. Foster a motivating work environment that encourages employee contribution and engagement.
9. Champion change initiatives to align with organizational needs and minimize resistance.
10. Mentor junior HR staff and lead HR projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree and three years of professional HR experience or equivalent education/experience.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and successful candidate sourcing strategies.
3. Familiarity with federal and state hiring regulations and interviewing techniques.
4. Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills to align talent strategies with business objectives.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in corporate recruiting or executive search, succession planning, and organizational design efforts.
