Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Producer to join our team at All Saints Insurance Agency in Slidell, LA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our book of clients by providing exceptional service, educating customers, and identifying revenue growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to drive premium retention and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform sales and marketing efforts
Requirements

To succeed as an Insurance Producer at All Saints Insurance Agency, you will need:

  • A Louisiana Property and Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
  • At least two years of insurance experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of insurance products and services
