Job Overview

Tailwind Delivery LLC, an Amazon partner, is seeking Seasonal Package Delivery Drivers to join our team in the Northern Kentucky region. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely handling and delivering packages on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company-assigned vehicles and perform daily safety inspections
  • Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 21 years old or older
  • Valid non-provisional driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Pass a 4-panel drug screening
  • Clean motor vehicle report
  • Good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills
Benefits and Perks
  • $22/hour (paid biweekly) with opportunities for raises based on seniority and performance
  • 8-10 hour shifts starting at 10am are typical
  • 4-day workweek (30-40 hours) is typical with an optional 5th day
  • Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment
  • A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
