Crystal Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center is a 71-bed facility located in Northern Rhode Island, providing high-quality care and specializing in acute rehabilitation and long-term care. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:- Restore and promote residents' health by completing the nursing process.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and friends.
- Identify resident care requirements by establishing personal rapport with residents and their families.
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
- Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes.
- Resolve resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Clinical skills and knowledge of infection control.
- Ability to administer medication and work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of health promotion and maintenance.
- Experience with Matrix is a plus.

- American Heart Association issued BLS certification.
