Job Summary

We're seeking a talented System Engineer to join our ERP Services, Global Services IT organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing technical solutions, configuring SAP and SAP integrated solutions, and collaborating with our business partners to drive business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations, enhancements, and projects, including understanding business impact, quantifying resources, and configuring SAP solutions.
  • Develop expertise in SAP and O2C-ICO business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess and define requirements, drive the development of business cases, and deliver system solutions.
  • Ensure delivery of knowledge transfer needs between IT and business partners, promoting process improvements and innovation.
  • Influence partner organizations to manage and prioritize incidents, system changes, and projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related technical field.
  • At least 2+ years of development, configuration, or support experience in SAP finance modules and functionalities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., GMP) and delivering within that environment.
  • Experience with development, configuration, or support in S/4 HANA modules and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate at multiple levels (detail and strategic).
