Warehouse Specialist

The Warehouse Specialist - Hazardous Materials Coordinator is a critical role within the Chenega Corporation, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient storage of hazardous materials in our warehouses. This position requires a strong understanding of hazardous materials management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issue of hazardous materials in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement procedures for safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., chemistry, industrial safety, logistics).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hazardous materials management or a related field.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
