About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism in various settings, including homes, communities, and our state-of-the-art centers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments
  • Collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions
  • Collaborating with clinical teams and participating in ongoing training
  • Implementing training and therapy sessions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high-school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent, reliable transportation and a driver's license
