Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse - Dialysis Center, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care
* Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs
* Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
* Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments
* Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks
* Perform therapeutic nursing interventions
* Manage care of patients
* Document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1 year prior experience working in an outpatient dialysis center
* Minimum of 1 year prior experience of ICH dialysis
* Knowledge of the Fresenius T Machine and portable RO's required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior telemetry and chronic hemodialysis experience is highly preferred
* RN must be able to manage 3 patient assignments for put on and take off
* RN must also have the ability to manage a 9 patient assignment with 2 PCTs for meds and assessment

Education and Certifications:

* ASN required
* BSN preferred
* BLS - AHA
* NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
