Bird Dog Equity Partners LLC is seeking a highly skilled Night Audit Guest Services Representative to join our team at the Best Western West Hills Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining exceptional hotel operations during evening hours.

Responsibilities:
As a Night Audit Guest Services Representative, your primary duties will include:
- Performing all check-in and check-out tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Managing online and phone reservations, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Liaising with housekeeping staff to maintain clean and tidy rooms
- Tending to laundry needs and confirming group reservations
- Upselling facilities and services as appropriate
- Maintaining updated records of bookings and payments
- Running reports and auditing systems to close out the day
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
