Job Description

At Transforce, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering merchandise to customers in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all deliveries are made in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Load and unload merchandise from the vehicle, ensuring that all items are properly secured and protected during transit.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure that all delivery schedules and instructions are met.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Class A CDL License (in locations with multi-unit CMV) or Class B CDL License (in locations with single-unit CMV) with air brake endorsement.
  • Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment.
  • Ability to pass MVR screen in accordance with company requirements.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience driving a semi-truck/trailer or certification from a driving school.
  • 6 months of experience performing in-home delivery or retail customer service.
  • 3 months of experience operating a forklift or Moffett onloading/offloading a vehicle.

  • Competitive hourly rate ($23.00 - $32.20 per hour).
