About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associate to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and ensuring accurate and timely tax preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information and complete tax returns
  • Prepare and review tax returns for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
