Overview: We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to oversee the development of advanced communication systems. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-efficiency communication products, ensuring project success from start to finish.
  • Focus on minimizing loss, enhancing linearity, and ensuring reliability and thermal efficiency.
  • Guide design efforts to meet cost, size, weight, power, and manufacturability targets.
  • Oversee the workflow of PCB designers to guarantee optimal performance in RF layouts.
  • Integrate essential analog and digital controls and interfaces.
  • Establish methodologies for performance validation and production testing processes.
  • Ensure new designs meet all specified compliance standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a diverse design team.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct basic continuity tests on wiring harnesses according to manufacturing specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
  • Proficiency in AWR Microwave Office or similar software is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with military standards and specifications is advantageous.
  • Experience in military electro-mechanical design is a plus.
  • Background in RF filter and amplifier design, including supporting circuitry and performance evaluation.
  • Proven leadership skills in project management.
  • Strong collaborative spirit, with a commitment to sharing knowledge across teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
