- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 4 to 6 years of professional experience.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, project management, or quality assurance roles.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense programs and knowledge of AS9100 rev D standards, particularly in an aerospace context.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.
- Experience with Agile PLM (or similar systems), Oracle, Jira, and Jama software is advantageous.
