Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in the Port Washington, Long Island area.

This is a Direct Hire Position with a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing using ADP
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management
  • Point of Sales management using Micros and Toast
  • Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger entry using SAGE/Intaact
  • Account analysis and reconciliations

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-volume work environment
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with employee benefits, specifically worker comp, disability, and family paid leave (FMLA)
