Key Responsibilities:
  1. Safely prepare, administer, and document medications used in the health campus.
  2. Maintain accurate records of resident medication distribution and leisure activities.
  3. Verify that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist.
  4. Follow health campus policies and procedures regarding the destruction of medications.
  5. Participate in daily nursing report and electronic documentation.
  6. Assist residents with daily needs, such as personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed.
  7. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions and make independent decisions when necessary.

Requirements: Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification (STNA, CNA, SRNA) and at least one year's experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. Every other weekend and holiday work availability required. At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
