Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concessions Bartender to join our team at the University of New Hampshire. As a Concessions Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ensure positive guest service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Set up and break down beer carts at the start and end of events
  • Verify customer identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Process transactions using the point-of-sale system
  • Prepare checks for customers and process payments
Requirements
  • T.I.P.S. certification or state-specific equivalent
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale system
  • Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and service
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and service focus
  • Willingness to work a rotational schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
