About the Role

Earthborne Inc is seeking a skilled Road Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' equipment is in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-delivery equipment inspections and prepare equipment for customer use
  • Assemble and load/unload construction equipment
  • Assist the sales team with equipment preparation for sale, rental, or trade shows
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Adjust or replace brakes and perform oil changes
  • Train operators in the proper daily and periodic maintenance of equipment

Requirements

  • Mechanical and technical abilities
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role
  • High School Diploma
