  • Supervise and lead a team of Community Banking Associates to achieve performance expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify sales opportunities and make referrals to the appropriate community banking employee to meet office goals.
  • Lead by example to build relationships and provide a high level of customer service, effectively asking questions to identify needs to expand relationships with customers.
  • Coach and mentor Community Banking Associates to achieve performance expectations and improve performance and understanding as needed.
  • Monitor Community Banking Associate balancing and provide coaching to improve performance and understanding as needed.
  • Ensure that the Community Banking Associate team adheres to the Community Banking Performance Standards and that the office controls, security procedures, and audit and regulatory requirements are continuously followed.
  • Effectively handle customer problems and service deficiencies related to the Community Banking Associate area, as well as ensure that resolution and follow-up are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate work with other positions in the office, centralized operations personnel, and other departments.
Required Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Two or more years' experience as a community banking supervisor or equivalent experience in another position.
  • Demonstrates an advanced understanding of community banking administrative and operational functions.
  • Demonstrates above-average management and leadership skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
  • Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient reading, writing, grammar, analytical, and mathematics skills.
