Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in retail spaces under the guidance of a Site Manager.

You will work both independently and collaboratively, typically performing the same tasks daily, with shifts that may occur before or after store operating hours.

Common duties of the Cleaning Operations Associate include: Thoroughly cleaning entrances, restrooms, hard floor surfaces, carpets, food courts, and break areas. You will ensure restrooms are stocked and cleaned, performing tasks such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and utilizing various cleaning equipment. You may also operate a hot water pressure washer for outdoor cleaning tasks, adhering to all safety protocols and using protective gear.

During store operating hours, you will patrol the premises to identify and address spills or hazards, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning up spills, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, and performing touch-up cleaning as needed. You will also manage waste disposal, including emptying trash receptacles and operating compactor machinery for both trash and cardboard.

Utilizing cleaning chemicals, mops, buckets, rags, brooms, vacuum cleaners, and floor scrubbing machines, you will carry out your tasks effectively. Additional cleaning duties may be assigned as necessary.



Compensation:
$15.50
