Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team at Primrose School of Norman. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children and help them develop essential skills and knowledge.

This role involves working with children aged 18 months to 2 years, planning and implementing activities that promote their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. You will be part of a close-knit team of educators who share your passion for early childhood education.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the unique needs of each child.
• Establish positive relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences.
• Contribute to the development of a safe and welcoming learning environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Valid certification in childcare or early childhood education (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and move quickly in response to children's needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
