Position Objective: Oversee residents in supportive housing or clients in outpatient care. Collaborate as a team member in delivering treatment services to clients and their families, integrating recovery principles into their everyday lives. Ensure continuity of program services in a professional, ethical, and safe environment, adhering to all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and guide resident behavior, implementing suitable interventions and consequences.
- Facilitate therapeutic activities and support the development of independent living skills.
- Design and deliver educational sessions for residents.
- Provide transportation for residents to various appointments and activities when public transport is unavailable.
- Assist residents in meal planning and shopping for household necessities.
- Oversee daily activities, including household chores, study sessions, meal preparation, and leisure time.
- Collaborate with team members to establish daily therapeutic goals for residents.
- Lead group discussions focused on recovery topics.
- Participate in all scheduled staff meetings, including treatment plan reviews and shift briefings.
- Maintain patient service records in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Supervise residents' self-administration of medication and document necessary information.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the living environment and proper use of household supplies.
- Actively participate as a member of the assigned team, engaging in all team activities.
- Uphold confidentiality in accordance with professional ethics and legal standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating excellent guest relations on behalf of the organization.
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
