About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at PFNonwovens LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to manufacturing operations, focusing on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of plant equipment and its operation, using this knowledge to optimize maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, and electrical prints, to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication on all equipment, as well as changeovers and repairs as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2-year vocational school or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced mechanical knowledge and skills.
  • Fundamental to applied knowledge of electrical theory and principles of operation.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a noisy manufacturing environment, with temperature variations and physical demands including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
