Credentialing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to join our team at Medicus Healthcare Solutions. As a Credentialing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credentialing process, working closely with our internal delivery teams, physicians, and healthcare facilities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing files for our physicians
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email correspondence
- Assist with other projects as assigned
- Experience working in a professional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks, utilizing time management and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office skills required
