Job ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a highly organized and motivated Software Solutions Professional to join our growing team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert-level customer service and support to users by summarizing and resolving complex user issues
- Tracking and documenting multiple support requests and resolutions
- Supporting internal QA testing for new releases
- Collaborating with internal Product/Engineering teams as requested
