We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our theatre operations at Regal Cinemas, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the theatre, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Theatre Operations: Oversee the overall operation of the theatre, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, including providing excellent customer service, managing guest complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of employees, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the theatre, including guest safety, loss prevention, and emergency situations.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of post-secondary education in Business or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in a related field, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, employees, and vendors.
- Certifications: Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol according to state or local laws, and must complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
