Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care to patients in our ambulatory cardiology clinic, located on the campus of a reputable healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in echocardiography and be able to supervise and interpret echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and heart rhythm monitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care to patients in the ambulatory cardiology clinic
  • Supervise and interpret echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and heart rhythm monitors
  • Supervise Device Clinic appointments and Ambulatory NP and Follow-Up cardiology appointments
  • Represent the National Medical Association as a cardiac care provider and ambassador for our programs
  • Provide education to peers in rural communities
Requirements
  • Board-eligible/board-certified General Cardiologist
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in cardiology
  • Formal training and expertise in echocardiography
  • Motivated, compassionate, and excellent clinical skills
