As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers. You will assist customers in choosing products that suit their needs and making purchasing decisions. Your communication skills should be effective in all media, including face-to-face, phone, text, email, and video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service to every shopper
• Assist customers in selecting the right products and making informed purchasing decisions
• Communicate effectively through various channels
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Utilize apps and electronic technology as required
• Build and develop customer networks throughout the local community

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service principles
• Familiarity with computers, cell phones, and internet-based applications
• Aggressive personality with high energy
• Prior experience in sales or customer service
