Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with Product Engineering Teams, Architecture, and Production Operations to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IAM systems.
  • Develop and maintain complex services to automate monitoring activities and provide critical information for incident response and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure IAM systems.
  • Lead projects focused on building and maintaining observability/monitoring for IAM systems, monitoring key performance indicators, and continuously improving visibility.
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase system reliability and performance through on-call rotation and process optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
  • 4-6 years of related experience in IAM systems engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Linux Operating System, Unix Operating System, Windows Operating System, and enterprise-level CICD Tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Cloudbees, OpenShift.
  • Experience with observability/monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
