Job Title: MRI Technologist

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MRI Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and be able to operate MRI scanners with ease.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients and coils on the MRI table to ensure accurate and safe imaging
  • Inject contrast media as required to enhance image quality
  • Set technical parameters and operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations during imaging procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines for MRI imaging
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a professional and compassionate manner
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law
  • Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
