The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures. Strong research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to independently manage a busy time-sensitive caseload are essential. This is a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and virtual work arrangements. The successful candidate will be based in Jericho, NY, and will be part of an active and busy civil trial practice. We offer a congenial, team-oriented, and professional work environment with skilled support staff. The position requires a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, active licensure to practice law in New York, and membership in good standing with the New York state bar. 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience is preferred. The salary range is $125,625.00-$160,000, with potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary. The employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization for this opportunity.
