Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire embedded software lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test embedded software solutions for aerospace and defense applications, leveraging the latest tools and methodologies.
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded software to bring forward-thinking solutions to EO Solutions Corp.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in embedded software development, ideally within the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Proven expertise in C, C++, and other embedded software languages.
  • Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems architectures and design constraints.
  • Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, as this position involves access to sensitive and classified information.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI and ML in the context of embedded systems.
  • Knowledge in Directed Energy and Space Domain Awareness technologies.
  • Previous experience in the aerospace and defense sector.
