The primary role of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst is to enhance the client's mission by ensuring the effective execution and quality of clinical programming for patients.

Our client offers a robust support network, featuring on-site BCBA clinical directors, opportunities for continuing education through CEU training, internal conferences, and avenues for involvement in ABA research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the ABA field (previous RBT experience is considered for newly certified BCBAs).
