The primary role of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst is to enhance the client's mission by ensuring the effective execution and quality of clinical programming for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  • Experience in the ABA field (previous RBT experience is considered for newly certified BCBAs).
