Candidate Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Minnesota Cosmetology License
- Experience in Men's and Women's Haircuts, Coloring, Lightening, Formal Styles (updos), and Hair Extensions
- Comprehensive understanding of current trends and treatments, with a passion for educating clients on hair health and wellness
- Training provided on our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail in client interactions and salon operations
