About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at RingCentral. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops leaders to align on priorities and develop a GTM strategy that drives business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns plans aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
  • Orchestrate ABM programs that successfully engage target upmarket accounts and move them through the buyer's journey.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign implementation across various channels, including digital, social media, email, webinars, events, and direct mail.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop target accounts selection process leveraging account data models.
  • Communicate program status to key stakeholders and ensure programs are executed on time and accounts/leads are effectively followed up on by the Sales team.
  • Use data and industry best practices to formulate in-depth analysis, insights, and interpretation to optimize programs and plays for target accounts.
  • Be accountable for driving target account engagement, pipeline, and revenue goals.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Successful history in developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs, including email, digital, direct mail, events, webinars, and more.
  • Experience marketing cloud/SaaS products and solutions.
  • Comprehensive skills in Marketo, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Deep understanding of pipeline and account engagement analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, be creative, efficient, and productive.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience running competitive campaigns a plus.
