Job Summary

The Packaging Team Member is responsible for performing general manual labor tasks and contributing to the success of our production team. This role involves adhering to company safety and sanitation policies, following Good Manufacturing Practices, and maintaining a high level of productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) in all areas of responsibility.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including standing for several hours at a time and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and maintain good housekeeping principles.
  • Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Follow instructions/directions correctly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate a Positive Mental Attitude and willingness to change lines when necessary.
  • Demonstrate ability to think critically and problem-solve.
Requirements
  • No experience required; all new hires will be trained.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Highly motivated self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math and measuring ability.
  • Demonstrates good people skills.
