Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. As a Speech and Language Pathologist III, you will play a critical role in administering departmental functions, providing direct patient care, and participating in interdisciplinary training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement models for service delivery and evaluation
  • Plan and conduct research activities to advance the field of speech and language pathology
  • Review and interpret literature to inform clinical practice and program development
  • Disseminate research findings through formal and informal presentations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients and families
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology with related clinical requirements
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology granted by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association
  • Eligibility for Maryland State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
  • Four years of experience in Speech Language Pathology, including at least three years in a documented specialty area
