Job Description

This role involves administering medications, conducting medical treatments, and ensuring the highest quality of care for children with complex needs. You will work closely with families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in a home setting
  • Administer medications according to physician orders
  • Implement medical treatments for nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation care, and seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements

  • Current, active Florida RN license
  • Current BLS CPR card obtained in-person
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
  • TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
  • Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
  • 1-Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
