Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of a 836,000 square foot distribution center. The successful candidate will manage the entire maintenance department, develop and execute budgets, manage capital projects, and ensure the safety and efficiency of all maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee various equipment maintenance, including MHE, chargers, batteries, dock equipment, racking, plumbing, electrical, and truck yard systems.
- Supervise 19 hourly employees and a supervisor.
- Attend operations and safety meetings.
- Manage contract services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred.
- 5 years of leadership experience in a maintenance position, preferably from an industrial or manufacturing background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred.
