As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will oversee cleaning staff and evaluate hotel accommodations, restrooms, hallways, and communal areas by executing the following responsibilities.

  • Uphold cleanliness benchmarks for guest accommodations and shared spaces, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Document inspection findings and communicate any deficiencies to cleaning staff.
  • Provide training or refresher courses for team members on effective housekeeping practices as necessary.
  • In the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, assume responsibility for supervising the housekeeping department.
  • Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms and public spaces as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Be prepared to work typical shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
What You Bring:
  • Prior experience in a hospitality environment or willingness to learn.
  • One year of previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended durations.
  • Competence in maneuvering a cart weighing up to 100 lbs and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Above all, a friendly and engaging demeanor.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00
