Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in building relationships with our local community, driving results in three distinct areas: Community, Marketing, and Catering.

Community

• Oversee our Intentional Acts of Kindness, Food Donations and Distribution Program to make a positive impact in our community.
• Manage and execute in-store events that foster connections with our guests and local community members.
• Be an ambassador for Chick-fil-A by building relationships with local community members on a regular basis.
• Maintain and continue to grow existing catering relationships to drive sales and support our mission.
• Oversee and build strategic business partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations to protect and build brand awareness.

Marketing

• Develop and execute a Social Media strategy to engage the community and promote marketing activation and initiatives.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote Chick-fil-A Catering and build brand awareness.
• Distribute marketing materials to potential catering guests to continue building awareness of Chick-fil-A Catering.
• Develop a quarterly marketing and community outreach plan and calendar to stay on track.
• Manage all aspects of store Community Board and holiday décor to create a welcoming atmosphere.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Serve Safe certification
• Open availability, including Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays
• A valid driver's license and the ability to pass an insurance background check to safely operate company vehicles
• The ability to lift at least 25 pounds, stand or sit for long periods, and perform other physical demands of the role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to professionally represent the brand and interact with our guests and team
• Ability to use computers and other tech devices to complete daily tasks
• A professional appearance at all times
