About the Role:

Whittier Health Network seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who is certified as a nursing assistant in the state of Massachusetts. The successful candidate will have experience working in long-term care settings, preferably with Whittier Health Network.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and culturally sensitive manner.
  • Perform tasks delegated by the registered nurse, including collecting data and reporting observations.
  • Develop advanced skills delegated by the registered nurse, taking responsibility for reporting and recording data as needed.
  • Continuously monitor patients' conditions, observing for any changes or unusual incidents.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Prior experience in long-term care settings, although not mandatory.
