About the Role

Oxford Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapist to join our team as an Injury Prevention Specialist. This is a full-time position based in the Columbus area, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement injury prevention programs for clients, leveraging orthopedic and wellness skills to reduce injuries and improve overall health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ergonomic solutions, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide expert recommendations to clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training or Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current NATA BOC ATC certification or state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in orthopedics, with a strong interest in ergonomics and wellness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
