Job Overview:

Melwood Veterans Services is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at the Army Corps of Engineers (ACE) building in Washington, DC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing staff, processing mail, and performing data entry tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage staff assigned to ACE, including scheduling, assigning work, and providing disciplinary actions as needed.
  2. Process and distribute incoming mail and publications, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  3. Accurately perform data entry tasks, including consumer information requests and updating consumer complaints in the database.
  4. Develop and maintain weekly Mail Reports for ACE COR/COTR, communicating all incoming and outgoing mail aspects.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and government security clearance requirements.
