Job Title: Enteral Feeding, NICU Specialist

Job Summary:

Avanos Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enteral Feeding, NICU Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for positioning and selling our innovative digestive health products and solutions within the NICU and Acute Care markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the NICU and Acute Care markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including NICU managers, nurse educators, and neonatologists.
  • Provide clinical expertise and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of our products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales management and marketing teams, to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in B2B or the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the NICU and Acute Care markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of PC-based applications, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in the digestive health space.
  • Experience in hospital sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the NICU and Acute Care markets.
