Position Overview

The Scharine Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role involves working with various fabrication machinery and tools, ensuring high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment including press brakes, band saws, iron workers, shears, rollers, plasma cutters, and other essential power tools.
  • Perform primarily MIG welding, with a preference for candidates experienced in TIG welding.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Utilize measuring tools effectively and follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in blueprint reading.
  • Experience with MIG and TIG welding processes.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely.
  • Commitment to producing quality products consistently.
