We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide non-medical support to seniors and older adults in the San Mateo area. As a Caregiver with Right at Home - Peninsula, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide in-home non-medical support to seniors and older adults, including companionship, light housekeeping, and errands
- Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a state Live Scan background check
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Competitive hourly rate: $22-$23/hour
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs
- Opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop your caregiving skills
- Reimbursement for TB test, LiveScan background check, and registration with Department of Social Services
