We are seeking a highly skilled Lineman Journeyman to join our team at Arizona Public Service (APS). As a Lineman Journeyman, you will be responsible for working on new construction projects and maintaining existing underground and overhead facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Work on new construction projects and maintain existing underground and overhead facilities
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical distribution systems
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completed a Registered Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship Program or equivalent training program
- Valid manual transmission Commercial Driver's License (Class A) with ability to meet all DOT requirements
- Experience working on all types of distribution lines, including 4kv to 21kv and related equipment
- Ability to work with aerial equipment with weight restrictions of 300 lbs or less
- Pass written and hands-on exam and demonstrate climbing skills
- Live within a reasonable distance (one hour) from headquarters

- Official Letter from HR Management or operations leadership stating job title, roles, and responsibilities, and length of time in that position (if applicable)
- Copy of manual transmission Class A CDL license with no mechanical restrictions (front and back and in color)
