Your Role
The LPN/MA will act as a clinical and organizational resource, supporting our Clinic Providers and Support Services in the effective delivery of nursing care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibiting excellent organizational abilities and prioritizing patient care needs.
- Functioning effectively under pressure and in challenging situations.
- Facilitating the exchange and thoughtful examination of information.
- Defining objectives and creating effective action plans.
- Making informed decisions and prioritizing diverse patient care needs.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring 72-80 hours over two weeks, with 8-hour Day/Evening shifts and occasional weekend work. The primary work location will be in Hibbing, with potential coverage in other nearby clinics as necessary.

Qualifications
Required:
- Current Minnesota LPN Licensure or MA Certification (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Current BLS certification or completion of BLS training within six months of employment
Preferred:
- Previous nursing experience is advantageous.
