Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This rate is consistent with industry standards and reflects our commitment to fair compensation.

Job Description

As an Addiction Counselor at Arbor Circle Corporation, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conducting assessments and screenings using evidence-based tools
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as an Addiction Counselor at Arbor Circle Corporation, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology)
  • A valid state license (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, etc.)
  • Current CAADC or CAADC development plan eligibility
  • Prior experience working in substance use or co-occurring disorders (preferred but not required)
