Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Brunetti. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in growing our sales pipeline by coordinating multiple schedules and filling the calendars of our financial advisors in multiple offices.
Responsibilities:- Filling the Financial Advisors' schedules with qualified appointments produced through marketing efforts
- Calling, qualifying, and scheduling prospects
- Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
- Attending and setting up seminars and workshops, and booking appointments of conclusion of programs
- Accurate entry of data into CRM (salesforce) system from prospecting & marketing efforts
- Working independently and proactively to meet business & department goals
- High level of communication and follow-through skills
- Strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments
- Previous experience in a relatable appointment scheduling or inside sales role
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to follow through the entire process of converting prospects to clients
- Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
- Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
- Telephone or inside sales experience is a plus
- 4-year college degree
- Ability to work some evenings for events
